As the internal lining of wall panels, gypsum boards (one or two layers) are typically used.

On the external surface of the panels, a preparatory sheathing of sheet materials (OSB) is installed, which serves as a base for the façade finishing layer.

To ensure the required thermal insulation properties of the wall panel, additional external insulation is applied.

For the final façade finishing layer, the following can be used:

  • facade cladding with metal or vinyl siding, as well as decorative panels
  • decorative plaster
  • stone cladding

“VILLASHIN” offers a unique prefabricated partition system for the construction market, designed for the installation of internal walls that divide spaces in apartments and offices. This technology can be used both in new construction and in renovation or reconstruction projects.

The key feature of this system is that all elements required for assembling interior partitions (studs, tracks, opening and connection components) are supplied from our factory already cut to size, with factory-made screw holes, as well as pre-prepared openings for utility installations.

Installation of such prefabricated partition systems on-site requires a short amount of time, and no profile waste is generated during the process. At the same time, these partitions provide higher strength and rigidity compared to standard partitions built from conventional galvanized profiles.
