The primary components of any LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Frame) structure are cold-formed steel profiles.
Advantages of LGSF Profiles:
Cold-formed profiles are manufactured from galvanized steel coils with a thickness ranging from 0.75 mm to 1.0 mm and feature a section height of 89 mm.
Profiles have factory-applied marking. The marking is applied using an inkjet printer integrated into the production machine.
Each element in the project structure is assigned a wall (or truss) number and a part number, corresponding to the designations shown in the structural assembly drawings.
During the manufacturing of profiles that serve as elements of future construction structures, embossing and perforations are made on their surfaces under factory conditions.
The presence of marking and profile embossing makes the assembly of LGSF structures simple, technologically advanced, and fast, while eliminating installation errors during construction.
